I'm all for individuality and innovation but sometimes it comes to pass that some assholes REALLY need to be leagally prevented from owning/touching/interferring with bikes.
Most of us know someone or have seen their handiwork (you know  ;) welded on sprockets/kickstarters/gear levers) doesn't it make you just shake your head in disbelief and despair  :'( :'( :'(

Did anyone ever see the CR480 Chopper that was for sale twice on eBay?  I'm not sure if anybody ever bid on it.
