Fake or genuine VM Mikuni?

Does anyone know if this VM28 is genuine?
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Mikuni-VM28-49-VM-Series-Roundslide-Carburetor-/172983434184?_trksid=p2349526.m4383.l4275.c10#viTabs_0
I know this one is genuine aftermarket

But i am wondering if that first one is some sort of OEM type as it says Mikuni Kogyo.
I dont want to buy a fake but i do prefer that first one. Sellers feedback is 99%
Does anyone know if there is some other OEM type Mikunis out there that are different to the aftermarket ones or something?
Hmm their profile says 'based in china' so now i am thinking it is a fake and they have gone to a lot of trouble

but i don't want to assume anthing just yet.

Wouldn't it be prudent to only buy from Mikunioz or Sudco. And
