What in the blue blazes is this off?

It was sold to me as a YZ465G/H tank, but she don't fit my IT. 9/80 date code, YZ125G maybe?

125 had tap on the left because the pipe was on the right, 250/465 was opposite side for tap and pipe location

I dont know if this may help but the plastic container in the second pic looks like it might be a green waste bin used in many council areas. ;D
