Hello from Queensland
« on: March 08, 2017, 08:43:33 pm »
Didn't want to walk into your house without introducing myself first.

I have a few CR 500's , 87 YZ 490, 89 RMX 89 CR 250
Built and been involved in building some Alloy Frame CR 500's and one CRF/CR 250

Also collect and restore vintage stationary engines.
Do a bit of fresh water fishing and enjoy cooking dead critter over flames

Hey what can I say I'm from Qld !

You'll fit right in.
(At least some of us know that VMX bikes can be water cooled.)

Start planning your attendance at Classic Dirt, Connondale, QLD.

See "fit right in"!

Look me up for a beer/soda water - lot of non drinkers at CD I've noticed, and motorbike talk.
I'll have a Batman flag and an RM125X.*

*Unless the dreaded "W" word gets in the way. That's "work", the financier of motorcycles.

Hmm Crossley engines.
That one is a J model and was a gas engine originally, it ran the bellows in a church for a organ.
I used a log for the water hopper and made an alloy tank to go inside the log.

Got some clips on you tube just search Kero Addict.

Skypig ill try and catch you at Classic.
Pulled an all nighter on Thursday night last year working on a mates 89 RMX.
So Friday was a big day for me.
