CR250M Sprocket help
«

Hi All,
I'm having issues with getting the correct front sprocket for my bike.
I race the CR with an MT bottom end they are the same sprockets for both bikes, I ordered the sprocket below and as you see the spline pitch is 1mm off....according to Brinsport this is the part that fits this bike.
Can anyone offer some insight?
Thank you in advance

1 they have sent you the wrong one ?
2 maybe you have a diffrent shalf would it be from a 125 ?
3 find someone with the same bottom end to check , that's what you are asking .
4 I'm probably no bloody help .

It looks to me that it’s the right one but your old one is hammered.
The spline on the new one is all square & straight but on the old one the spline isn’t nice & sharp, all the faces of the spline angle out.

Thanks for your help guys from further research I found this other pic, it looks to be a 5mm gap but this is an original honda part so fingers crossed it will fit...
And you are right the old one is a bit flogged but it will have to hang in there for one last practice day
