question time , would a 1997 wr 200 be considered a follow on model from the 1994??

how different is it? why is this important? 94 to 97? you looking at pre 95??

Vinduro in qld is pre 95. Don't want to purchase a 97 model and not be able to use it.

gotcha, you will have to check with the clubs as to their policy on follow on. VERI in vic seemed to think a late 90's xr 200 was eligible for pre 85 as it was drum braked like the early ones

RD, The few Vinduros we have in QLD are Pre95.  The 97WR is the same as the 93/4 model, so will be okay.  But be aware Classic Dirt is a Pre90 event.
