REVERSE ENGINEERING?
« on: August 23, 2016, 09:06:16 pm »
I usually see the guy who takes an ag bike and turns it into a racer, but this bloke had other ideas for his project.........

Must be a thing. I have an RM frame here that someone put an ER185 engine in, the mods are relatively extensive, not a simple thing to do. The big question is why?

I had an rm125 s in the late 70's that I slipped a ts 125 engine into, was a straight bolt in. It was a cool road reg trailbike with nearly 7"  suspension c/w the TS 4" special...I believe that the rm b was a new engine and  stopped using the ts cases

Soo. its a budget PE. Probably goes pretty good for what it is. decent handling and suspension and a plodding engine, Its not going to wear the rider out and it has reliability plus.  Id have to turf that Bull bar set up though but would be handy for carrying extra fuel but at the expense of a heavy front end.
