Great weather and VMX racing at Ravenswood!!!!!!!!!  :D :D :D Warming Log fires burning at the spectator fences. that fascinatingly sticky gritty Ravo mud splashed on your face as you bite into a hotdog, walking your way  round the old hilly circuit , chatting to like minded VMX weirdos. looking up at the Calder highway seeing cars and bikes driving past, stop take a look and then make their way down to enjoy the spectacle, hearing the old "I had one just like that years ago!"    Got to place some more faces to forum members , catch up with some true legends! it was so pleasing to chat to Brian Clarke and , watch the Boagy race his CZ fleet ,  Mmmm Sidecars ... ;) even had my beloved wife attend and  really enjoy the time we were there! Hey Hoony I was not kidding about you racing my 754! Son Daniel will swing you just have to twist the throttle change gears , brake ,try to steer and shit bricks...easy . One day the Nationals (or a Classic Dirt maybe?)  will have to return too this truely Historic Scrambles/Motocross venue. I know it would bring out soooo many riders and heaps and heaps of unique machines now missing in action  because ..well because it is Ravenswood. :) Cheers Tim754

I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.

Thank you to Michael Hughes and the Bendigo mcc from the VCM committee, the track was awesome, Ravenswood at its best. spot on weather, lots of spectators and riders.
Thanks to the sidecar boys for supporting the event.
Will post race report with photos soon.
