PE 400 / 250 Frame similar??

Does a PE400 engine bolt straight into a PE250 frame?  Thanks!!

80-82 PE250 and 400 frames are the same so yes you can swap motors.

Have an XR200 in mine [PE250 twin shock] & had an RD200 in it 25 years ago--that was fun, or sounded good if nothing else, with twin chambers up over the top & electric start.
