the UK government has established a motorcycle helmet testing organisation called "Sharp" in an effort to promote helmet safety and awareness
They have only released results for road helmets so far but it makes interesting reading anyway . Some of the so called premier helmet brands did not do so well
Their testing has gone beyond the older standards and is motorcycle specific . Have a look , very interesting
