Toolboy send me your postal addy and I will send you one, have a few spare here. This is the stepped stud used on just about all suzis of the era you need - yes?

Ti must have cost you a fortune for 100 units, why would you do that? I understand some just like the idea of the using Ti because its strong and light, but is there another reason to go for Ti on a cylinder stud? Less creep or stretch perhaps?

Oh, I just checked the parts book, RM400 uses a different part number to just about every other suzuki of the era including the PE400.

When you get stuff made in larger quantities it becomes cheaper

I made a mistake it was this one that was made and not the N/T 400 stud. Its same as 78 400 though

09108-08018

Ti is lighter and does not corrode. If you can save a few g here and there it all adds up. I really want to do all the base studs too but yeah its kind or expensive and i have a few more priorities first.

What are the thread sizes on the studs? is it 10 and 12 mm?  I'm just asking because a post on facebook was looking for something similar for a newer RM.

What is the thread size of the larger end?  Is it 12 mm or 10?

I just remembered that a lot of those studs in the second photo are on many modern Suzukis too. I will have to did up the part numbers

And the thread on head stud is 8mm at top and 10mm at bottom.
