Aiming to give this bike a run at Dons in a couple of weeks  to sort it  &  be ready for 12/13 March VTR  event.
Need to service / prep   the  big 500 as well , so a busy couple of weeks  in the shed.

Mostly done now , a few little jobs to complete .
Wire up the lights   , add some hand guards & fabricate a bash plate.
Only a quick spin around the back yard so far  , but sounds good.  :)

 Regards ,
                 Steve

Took the bike for a bit of a ride / shakedown at my good mate Harry "Highpants' " property today .

Suspension a bit too soft , a few other minor adjustments to make , but overall, the   bike goes well .

A  few  little tweaks to this one  , then service the big XC500  , ready for  Nimmitabel   :)

 Regards ,
                 Steve

(  Harry  trying out the little 250)

Love the black Husky's.....hate the Mag waterpump >:(

The black Huskies (at least the '88 models) had already been updated to the aluminium water pump, the earlier bikes were a problem though, my '86 WR400 suffered from that!
