I'd love a BBQ feed after the swap meet and a day roosting in that glorious sand..... But I won't be there  ::)

actually a nice track there - the sand is not "deep" draining, gut wrenching stuff.

Endless hours done by wonderful volunteer's ...
keep it pinned and you'll go all-day keeping it upright.  :P

While we were on school holidays from Karratha we dropped into the Collie mx track as we heard they were running an- inter club day, and thought we would watch the nephew ride the pro open class.

Well what a great club it looked to be and the track looked like so much fun as the riders drop in and out of the creek, and that great but not so deep sand looked like a hole bunch of fun !
Spectating was excellent and the lake in the the back ground  really tops it off.
Best of luck to all vmx riders.

Regards
Rob  :)

You are right Rob, it is a whole lot of fun! As you would appreciate, it is a modern track however it works quite well for the early Vmx bikes as well. The VMXWA club has been enjoying this great venue for quite a few years now and is a great season opener as it is fully reticulated!
