Looks like an entrepeneur in the USA maybe buying KDX175's castings, painting them & on-selling as a full  repair/replacement kit :o

That's a good thing for Russel I guess. No doubt he isn't giving them to the guy in US. He's used his brain and value added to the cover by painting it and supply the bearings and seals without too much of a mark up on what Russel sell them for.
