I'd need bore/stroke, rod length,compression ratio, exhaust port timing/dimensions of the port window, length/ dimension of the exhaust duct and the outlet (at the flange diameter). Most importantly is how hard do you want to rev it? 8500 is where you would want peak power, which has a tuned length of around 1100mm. Diameter of the belly comes down to what can actually  fit on the bike. Stinger will be 27mm diameter.

Yeah I'm going to get Geoff to build it for me ( haven't asked him yet!) it's a bit unusual as its a centre port RM very rare. J
