I have an '85 250 set (flywheel & stator), reads good with ohm meter. Not back from the Masters Games till Friday though.

No cigar sorry, it only tests @ 5.1 ohms, should be 17-20. I can let you know a reliable place to get yours repaired if you like?

I use Rowan at COD Rewinds in Chiltern, Vic. He's very good with Motoplat & SEM stators. His number is 03 57261961. I've not used Steve at Betta Bikes but believe he is also very good.
