Kenny Zahrt passes

Had a massive stroke yesterday and passed away today.

Sad day , would make a great story of his racing life.

Oh no, he was action in the magazine pics.  For some reason I thought he passed about 10 years ago?

This is getting to frequent , I suppose we are all getting to the age these things happen . Was it Kenny on  a poster of a flaming dirt bike back in the early 70s . Iain . RIP Kenny .

I "cold" called Kenny last year chasing information on my Pomeroy  GP replica project. He couldn't have been more helpful. Had a great chat. He was delighted that someone from the other side of the world remembered him. Said it was difficult to obtain VMX mag in the states. Firko helped out by sending a few copies to him. I'm gutted. RIP Kenny

A sad loss.  The guy was fast - very fast, but to a young kid just starting to race in 1974 he was pure style.
Poke that bone back in and wrap it up tight sport - I am racing the second moto.
