IT250J running bike - parts, or complete. SOLD!

SOLD SOLD SOLD Ugly, but has potential. I bought this largely to help out a workmate, but have decided that I don't really care enough about it.

Bike is currently fitted with IT triple clamps, and 43mm Honda cartridge forks, but I'd like to keep these. The original 38mm Yamaha drum brake front end is supposed to be coming to me, but I won't promise it until it is in my hands... Worst case is that I have some 38mm Yamaha forks, hub, rim and lower triple clamp.

Engine is rattly and low on compression, but starts easily and runs surprisingly well. Clutch works fine, all gears are there, big end has no noticable slop. Intake manifold split at YEIS port, has silastic over the crack - could be reasonably fixed by ditching the boost bottle. Pipe appears to be a good 490 header mated to a good 250 body. Alloy muffler with bodgy mounts.

Has ignition key and wiring seems mostly intact. Horn works (even if it sounds like a cicada being stepped on). Switch blook above average but the blinker switch flaps around. Later type rectangular IT headlight that I've started to clean up.
Straight steel handlebars, good levers, decent grips, etc. Ugly road bike mirrors included if wanted.

Plastics are all ugly but functional. Missing side covers. Tank has been painted and looks awful. Good non-original seat cover. Airbox has lid and strap.

Chain and sprockets are in decent used condition. Shock has dampening. Swingarm bearings seem good, needs new rear wheel bearings. Rear tyre is road legal knobby that's well worn but still road legal. Can include better knobby if wanted.

Compliance plate intact. Came up clean on on-line PPSR check. Matching numbers.

$900 with the disc brake front end, or $500 with no front end. If the IT front end turns up, the buyer can have it for free.
