Hey guys... wanna clear out some stuff in my mancave...

TS185 Engine - # TS185-11820 $50.00. SOLD

It turns over, has compression and shifts through all (I counted 5) gears !
Pretty average and needs rebuilding. I also have a gasket kit somewhere for it....
Stator cover smashed, but good clutch cover and kicker.

Honda XLX250 Engine. SOLD only good for parts. Casing damaged where the kickstart mechanism locates inside.
Has gearbox, clutch, crank, electrics etc in there.
$30.00

BETOR Gas 'piggyback' style shocks. SOLD
I know nothing about them, other than the stickers say Made in Spain.
They are 175mm centre to centre, and appear to still have dampening.
From memory these were on an old RM250 B when I picked it up back in the 90's and have had them since.
$40.00 takes them, but if they are real special feel free to make me a millionaire...  ;)

XR350 Forks. SOLD These have new seals fitted. They are definitely usable and will also fit the XR250.
One has a standard bolt fitted to the fork lower (shown in pic) that I screwed in with fingers only, so it is missing the proper internal wrenching (allen key) type bolt.
Chrome area is good, with exception to a bit of cancer up near the triple clamp area. If the seals run that high - you're in trouble!!
$40.00

Genuine Honda 1984 XR500 fuel tank. SOLD Has cap, tap and mounts.
$25.00

Genuine Honda 1984 XR250 fuel tank. Has cap and mounts. No tap.

Cheers!

That's a 76 TS185A engine. The best performing one. Bore has larger ports  and the clutch is TM style..
Engine number says its a silver 75 TS185M
TS185A started at 142791

I have seen a few A model engines with out of synch engine numbers so its not strange.

Still legal as its a follow on model

if someone is building a 185 powered project this is the engine to have.

Thanks Pokey - that is awesome info to be able to add.  :)

No probs 2x Mick's ... I will have all those bits at Cessnock for you.

The TS185 Engine and the XR250 fuel tank are still up for grabs.
If no one wants it I might just keep it and rebuild it ... cos I can....
