I have a spare Bultaco kickstarter Tony. May have to alter a lot of stuff but worth doing for the Euro look! ;) +++ J

Great idea, Jerry!
If I were to just swap the kick shaft, cases, gearbox, crank, top end, pipe, carb, air box, exhaust, frame, swingarm, forks, wheels, tank and seat it would pretty much bolt straight on!
Thanks a lot.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Wierdo........  :P

they look the same ,its the pe/rm you have to watch out for there the coarse bastards

Ok, now I'm confused..... (more) :(
I thought my 1974 TS250 has a coarse spline......
The shaft is about 19mm in diameter with about 18 splines? I didn't take my glasses out to the shed, so it could be one either way.
put up a picture with a set of verniers across an we will sort it out once and for all, ;) minus kick lever :)

Gday Tony, No not saying Doc got it wrong ;) just trying to prove him right, ive had a look at the parts catalogue for the ts250 r,j,k,l and m and all look to use the same coarse spline 19 mm od, checked the later models 1978 are the same and  sure the TS250 er kick lever is the same and I agree with Doc that you could use the PE/RM250B,C and the RM370, 400,  just didnt want you to end up with 1 that wont fit ;) :)

Ok, so it's a bit long, but it's interesting that the one off my 1988 DR750 fits.  8)
