I know that many of you will look upon this as an old piece of shit and in a way you'd be right. However to me this thing reeks of somebody's low budget racing fun back in the fifties. It probably never won a race and who knows, it possibly may not have even finished one but to me this old survivor has more soul than a showroom full of modern plastic throw aways. It deserves to be preserved 'as is' in a museum in tribute to the thousands of racers that couldn't afford the bling.

No history on this one, purchased it at a country auction

Looks like it was raced in some amateur fashion, possibly by a kid?

Couldn't agree more Mark, what a piece of history. I'd love to have that in the pool room but it should be in Dan's museum in Fresno. Besides that, it's already at $2000USD, with a couple of days yet to run.

Someone in the USA should buy it and donate it to Dan Rouits Flat Track museum http://www.vft.org/rouit.html as a counterpoint to the over restored big dollar race winners on display, as an example of what some young bloke in  Butte Fuque, Idaho raced because it was the only thing he could afford. I bet it'd raise a lot of smiles.

Sorry, but that restored jigger does nothing for me. All it's history has been erased. Then again, I did the same thing with my B44 much to the disgust of those that had seen it's original patina. In my defence, The bike couldn't be raced the way it was and I want to ride it.
