Its been listed off and on for about 1 month now, nice to own, but no resale value out here in Australia, you would need to buy it and use it. it would cost you around $8000 by the time it landed
here. Not worth it. a used running bike would fetch between 3 and $4,500.

A few years ago a mate in the USA bought a similar NOS AJS 410 Stormer which was still in the crate. Unfortunately after the novelty wore off he was stuck with a crate full of Stormer taking up room in his garage, if he removed it from the crate and built it up he'd have lost the "still in crate" selling factor and if he'd have raced or even just ridden it up the street, the bike would have lost its NOS status and would be just another immaculate AJS Stormer. Not knowing what to do with it, he sold it for a loss just to get space back in his garage. The buyer of this bike will eventually face a similar dilemma. At least this one is well priced.

I once owned a CZ 250 pre80 model in a crate, every time I walked into my shed I opened the lid, I wanted to put it together, but couldn`t come to it, so in the end I sold.

Best thing you can do with a 410 is leave it in the crate......
