with all the "negativity" floating around here recently and the issues I have had with being ripped off for ebay postage was very happy to receive a message this morning that Midway Cycle in the States had refunded money to my account because actually shipping was less than estimated and paid.
Don't know about you guys but that is the exception I have found and not the norm?
