This would make a great pre 65 dirt tracker or motocrosser. It'd need to be under 2k to be a good deal however.

1965 Honda CB77 Superhawk - Bike was serviced and put away last year fuel drained and oil squirted into the cylinders and carburetor components lubricated to keep corrosion at bay. Engine kicks over easily and cycles through all gears nicely. Bike is currently set up to race on battery only. Kick start only, no remote starter installed. Have the starter and electrical system if you want to re-install and all kinds of track-side spares. Located near Everett, WA.
