This was in Australian Motorcycle News on the 30th of May 1975. Sorry about the bad scan but if you blow it up you can still read most of it.

It would appear that I am wrong. I apologise for any confusion I have caused. I still don't understand why I have a strong recollection of racing my 1974 Maico at Echo Valley, but it is clear that the first Mountain Man Motocross was in 1975. If anything has come of this, what was a great event has been talked about again. Echo Valley was my 2nd favourite track after Maleny.

That is probably Frank Pons talking to Glen, with probably Glen's Father pushing a trolley up beside the trailer. Also I'm sure someone else has noticed the photo is mirror image.
