1970 SSA 441 Victor Special. All original including the original tool kit. All original paint and decals. No rips, tears. No rust or dings in the tank. Never dropped or ridden in the rain. Always garaged and covered. 5297 original miles. All rubber foot pegs and controls in good shape. Everything works, headlight (hi and low beam), taillight, brake light and even the horn. Matching numbers.Additions include: Boyer electronic ignition - New coil - New sealed battery - New starter spring - New light/horn switch. New silencer (old one is included) Napoleon bar end mirror. Workshop manual. Super compression strong running motor. This was the last year of the 441 Victor Special. The 2014 World BSA Rally is coming to Northern California and this is your chance to be part of this event. I’m Getting to old to keep kicking her over. Clear and current California Title. In 1965 an off road motocross BSA B44 named the ‘’Victor’’ was launched at the Earls Court Show. Developed from scramblers used by Jeff Smith to win the 1964 and 1965 500cc world championships, the model proved so popular that Victor Grand Prix and Victor Enduro models were developed, as well as a road going version, the 1967 Victor Roadster was produced and the B44VS Victor Special was also successfully exported to the US between 1968 and 1970. In 1968 the B44 became BSA’s top export model and sold in the USA and Canada as the Shooting Star. The good availability of spare parts and the relative simplicity of the single cylinder engine means that the surviving examples are easily restored to as new condition. Victors had impressive power to weight ratios that made them ideal for hill climbs. The 11:1 compression ratio required a compression release lever for kick starting.

Beautiful!  I had a 68 model from new, great to ride, great to look at!  Wish I had one now, pity my money's all spent.
