Nathan, I have a base and foam if that is a start. The base is a little melted on the edge where the exhaust has been routed too close but the cover should hide the damage. The rear mounts are there (not attached) as the bolts have sheared off in the base. The base is in good shape apart from the slight melt as mentioned. Foam is 7/10 - Yours if you want it.
