mate we built a new house in a brand new estate they only sold 3 blocks in 2 years so local council sold the rest of the blocks 48 in total to a developer which is going to build 48 rentals here the town doesn't need that many rentals as I talked to the real estate agents in town. my problem and worries are will they bring out of towners/trash that other places are trying to clean out to fill them
