84 AND 85 KTM250 PISTONS

CAN 84 AND 85 KTM 250 PISTONS BE INTERCHANGED? 84 PART NUMBER STARTS WITHH 543 AND 85 STARTS WITH 544.ANYONE HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IF THESE PISTONS SWAP OVER? I DONT HAVE 2 SIDE BY SIDE TO VISUALY CHECK.84 MODEL SEEM EASIER TO GET IN THE OVERSIZE THAT I NEED FOR MY 85 MOTOR.CHEERS GREGG

       Need to check bore size I think that  piston in a 1984 was 71 mm and 1985 is 67.5 mm

the piston in it now is 71.7ish and it is a 544 prefix eng.it may have a 543 1984 barrel i suppose.i will check part number on barrel when i get home.
