Recycled bike work stand
« on: July 11, 2013, 01:42:58 pm »
Just thought I would show some photo's of my new work stand recycled from an old hospital bed with an electric lift. They were giving these away so I thought I would give one a try. I still have to fit the pivoting ramp to it yet to finish it off.

Stan.

What a cracker. An excellent and practical recycling exercise ;)

It even appears to have about as much padding as when used in the hospital :P

So that's why I spent 4 hours lying on the floor of the emergency ward!  ;D

Seriously though, great idea.

If possible can you keep me in the loop Stan? I may be able to throw a carton of Melbourne Mud at you for the lead. ;)
