rocketfrog howya doin'..you're not the guy I spoke to at CD-5 about the 1980 RM100 and would the 125 pipe fit and such are you?  The 81 X is not very different from the 80 T model at all. The pipes should interchange as should the 125 N/T pipes onto the 100 (may require a small mod to a mount or such) the springs are still available or at least they are at Alphasports.com in the US. Take these numbers and phone a few dealers and see what you come up with locally. I have bought from Alphasports and they are good but their postage rates and charges may make them unattractive. Same footpegs springs are fitted to the following models
PE175X/Z
PE250T/X
PE400T/X
RMX250K/L
RM100N/T/X
RM125N/T/X/Z/D/E/F
RM250N/T/G/H/J/K/L
RM400N/T

part numbers Right side 09448-14014 (available), left side 09448-14015 (N/A)

price is shown as $2.55ea USD but here if found you could expect to pay about double ;)

someone locally will have a pair  ;)

yes doc, that was i that spoke with u at CD5 about pipes etc. i'm onto the rh spring, but the left ahhh....might have to ring around some of the older dealers or raid the wreckers gash tray. only thing is i could match it up with something but i'm not sure what the original looks like, seems to have long tails if it locates into the hole in peg.

No worries, I thought your voice sounded familiar  ;) I'll have a look what I have kicking around. I use the N/T/X model footpegs and pins on the TM and RMS but the springs Dodgee (wayne) has custom made as the standard spring were of no use with the TM conversion. I'll have a looky soon get back to you with a yes or no  ;)

yeah Loz, it pays to get the full weight into the flat rate boxes..I think the $36 job covers up to 20lbs. for 1 off small bits it's expensive but spread over half a dozen or more items it doesn't hurt so bad. I had a look and I don't have any springs either rocket. I have the early pre78 RM springs but that's no help as they're different. TSX250 maybe another option, they use the same pegs but I can't find a parts listing to check as this model wasn't released to the US and there are no online lists from the Australian dealers.

Hi Rocketfrog.
I've used KX125,250,500 springs my 80 250T & 83 250D , you can rebend them to fit unlike the standard ones that snap. They're a bit thicker in size.
Kawasaki part no# 92144 1828 LH    # 92144 1829 RH  .. about $7 ea

yep thats right, you cant get the left one. if you still have your old one your only option is to beadblast it, wire brush it then get it re-zinc plated
Wanted - 1978 TS185 frame or frame&motor. Frame # TS1852-24007 up to TS1852-39022

'IF' all else proves fruitless I reckon you could get one made up for about $10. Pretty sure Dodgee paid about $20 for 4 wound up locally but don't quote me on the price. As a last resort this method is an option  ;) I'm sure between all the models and Suzukal's Kawasaki interchange 1 will turn up.
