2013 Dan Rouitt Flat Track Museum Open House

Anyone ever going to California would be crazy not to visit Dan's great little museum in Fresno. Dan and Kathy are great folks and the museum is a credit to them and the Fresno racing community. Even though Dan's confined to a wheelchair he's done a brilliant job setting the place up and continuing to add to the collection. The museum is behind Dan and Kathy's suburban home but the neighbours and local council are great in allowing the street to be blocked off once a year for the open house.

the open house has been and gone but if you arange with dan he will open up for you to look at he did for me and the wife in 2011
was great bought some t shirts from him also gave dan some aussie money he also colects notes non usa
we had a geat time i put a vidio up when i returned its on the fourm

Ooops, the way I wrote it, it appears as if the museum only open for the Open Day.......it's actually open most days but it pays to call first. If you need to visit after hours Dan or Kathy are usually happy to show you around, they're great people and really love what they're doing. There is some seriously beautiful race tackle on display as you can see in the photos from previous open days shown on the website below:
