We use Castrol Hyspin AW68 viscosity and AW32 viscosity hydraulic oils at work. AW68 (68 cSt@40C) which is close to 20w and AW32 (32cSt@40C) which is close to 10w. There are some hydraulic oils for turbines that are AW20 (cSt@40c) which is close to 5w.10w and 5w may work in shocks and forks.
cSt@40C - ISO more accurate than "w" - SAE
This web site has conversions from "w" to cSt@40C for some suspension oils

Hope it helps
