Did Gordon Renfree ride a Jawa speedway powered Mk3 Metisse in the mid sixties or am I confusing him with somebody else?
You'd have to ask Watto that one,though it wouldnt suprise me as the family did Scrambles,Speedway Cars and Bikes,Road Racing and now social RRiding.Jim has been across the Nullabor twice for the Ulysses Club in his older age also.
The three yesterday also told how the speedway riders were often on the scramble track and they learnt fast how to under cut them in the corners,power on and don't give an inch too those speedway boys
