1974 YZ125A (now with pics). SOLD
« on: March 03, 2013, 07:23:24 pm »
SOLD SOLD SOLD

Not perfect, but an above average, mostly original bike - correct rims, original tank strap, etc.

Was running great when parked.

Is currently fitted with good YZ125C front end*, original front end included.

Consumables all good (including the tyre on the original front end).
Has old style, high-rise Renthal alloy handlebars.

Has a small muffler fitted (TM125?), but original pipe not molested.

Includes new old-style grips, straight original bars, new old-style levers, new genuine NOS rear sprocket, new chain, and a few other odds and ends.
Also includes another pair of rear shocks in need of rebuild.

Negative stuff:
Seat cover split (foam still good underneath).
Not been started in four(?) years.
Tank has dents (just dents, not stoved in or warped or anything) and repair on the rear seam - doesn't leak.
Paint flaking off both guards.

SOLD SOLD SOLD
$2500, or $2200 with only the original front end.
SOLD SOLD SOLD

In Yass, southern NSW.

Nathan 0400023847.

SOLD SOLD SOLD

Current photos:

Old pic from when I first got it:

*Yes, it's legal for pre-75, as the upper tubes are YZ250/360A/B and the lower legs are MX250/360A.

SOLD SOLD SOLD

Bump for photos - I'd been lazy with uploading them because I thought I had it sold, but the usual 'cash flow issues' have struck...

Ebay soon if no serious interest here.
