G'day from Steiny.

Hi all.
I just pulled out my old bike from behind the shed and decided to get her going.
It was given to me as a non-runner by a family friend years ago.
She's an old Kawasaki F8 250E, (so I just found out from doing a quick search on the net).

I got the itch after watching the classic scrambles at Harrow Vic a couple of weeks ago.
I've always loved old European road bikes but after watching the fellas getting around on the old dirtys I though I've gotta give this a go!!

And welcome to you Steiny; it was watching a vintage race that got me searching for a bike after many years away.
Funny how inspiring and addictive a trip to the races can be ay?

an old F8 eh  ;D love those rotary valve motors! I've the ol' F11 250 Steiny, I must get around to giving her a run sometime. The older kwaka's do have the goods in the engine dept and they handle really nicely but for some reason people avoided them like the plague..any ol' 2 smoker is cool in my eyes  8)
