Another funny message has appeared at the bottom of the page again.
(Saw Roger Decoster narrowly beat Bob Hannah on one of these).

It sucks when some retard finds a gem. This guy is far to smart for the likes of us.
Hopefully someone can prize it from his grip or he dies and his estate is sold.

Just left a message for him on evilbay:
My lord allthough its a bit rough around the edges, you really have something there. If i win this unit could you pack it in a crate for shipping in australia. As my cousin can grab it from you but he is a bit fing hopeless with carpentry and would struggle. How much extra on top for doing this. Please use special vaseline as i am not a rich person. But just one who is willing to forgo good food and eat dog food so i can afford trinkets like this.

lets see the reply

Yep me too......A few years ago there was a bloke selling a Husky shitbox and making outrageous claims about the bikes history. It went on for months and eventually eBay sut him down. I don't recall the details any more but do remember he had the same stilted grasp on the English language. I wonder if he's back? ::)

Was that the Infamous "Police Eluder" Model ?

Fighting the temptation to email him stating I am an ex factory rider "from the period" and think it's one of my old bikes and just how fantastic it really is. I raced in Europe and also was the test rider for development of the TM100....... ;)

maybe its just me but i tend to resist the temptation to feed these guys, i feel uneasy when i see people taking the piss out of them as i think they are loose cannons already and a bit of a push and who knows what sort of things they may resort to.

in the world of computers and linked databases etc if they were so inclined they could track you down and make your life hell.

only food for thought.
