They appear to be 35mm magnesium Cerianis. I have a basket case pair I'm hoping to restore if I can get'em apart.

Yep, look like Ceriani's to me, here is a pair on ebay, damned cheap too I might add. However you'd better be quick

Do you have a photo of them Firko, I tried to google something but to no avail.
All of the ceriani's I have seem don't have the mounting bracket at the front for a brake arm and appear different around the bottom of the leg where axle mounts. Although I have never seem a pair of mag units, sound trick to me.
While I'm at it do you recognise the front hub, doesn't look like a phantom unit.
