Champion Kawasaki Bighorn 350 on vft.org

This bike has all of the right bits, good spares and there are some serious names in its history. It'll need a rebuild but don't they all? It's in California as well which cuts a big lump of internal shipping out of the equation, you just have to factor a Northern to Southern California trip into the cost...which at 2k is pretty damn good.

Barn Fresh (literally out of a barn in the Santa Cruz Mountains)  Champion Kawasaki Big Horn 350.  1972. Betor forks with Arces (Ceriani)clamps. Engine turns over and sparks. Has not been started since coming out of storage. Genuine Barnes rear hub with Airheart caliper and Grimeca master cyl. Koni shocks.  Most of the fasteners are rusted from storage in the Santa Cruz mountains. Spokes and nipples too. Steel front rim. Engine was originally built by Tom Hasler who worked with Erv Kanamoto. Ridden by Chris Paulson with some success at Ascot. Includes two extra parts motors and more parts. One 238 and one 350.

 $2000

That's always been the downfall (pardon the pun) of the rotary Kawa and Rotax engines when fitted with a bigger carby than stock that won't fit within the original case. I'd take a chance and hope for the best! ::)
