A while ago I saw MODAK CYCLES in Melbourne advertising them,I don't think they have a web site though.
Bultaco Metralla, Matador MK 5, Montadero mk2, El Bandido model 18,plus lots of bits and two Honda XR's 250,350.

Last issue of Old Bike mag. had an article on a guy that rolls up guards for all types of bikes ( I think in alloy?). If you haven't already sorted something I'll dig out the contact details tomorrow.

There seems to be a world shortage of alloy classic style mudguards but you could try Jim Eades shop on Parramatta rd Haberfield (now called Classic All Parts). I've bought 'Made in India' alloy 'guards from him over the years. The quality is pretty good but the polishing could do with a bit more attention.

Or you could try Matt Hilgenberg at Speed and Sport http://www.speedandsport.com/parts/fenders/ or http://www.vintagehusky.com/parts1.htm
