After seeing 2 riders become parapleygics during Finke training i tried the neck roll type of brace but found them too uncomfortable and difficult to move your head around to see the competition, once the leatt brace was introduced i bought one, set the adjustment and never a problem, that was over 5 years ago. I wouldn,t ride without one now.
