Trick XL 250/350 Honda frame.
« on: December 08, 2012, 11:28:15 pm »
I've been looking at this frame for 10 or 15 minutes and can't quite figure it out. At first I thought it was a C&J, then I figured it might be a Redline but I really don't have a clue. It seems to be a motocross frame going by the lay-down shock mounts and footpeg placement but other than that it's one of those mystery frames, I've got a couple of no-names myself. Whatever it is I reckon it'd make a good lightweight replacement for your old XL.

Has been on a shelf with a Ceriani front end ( sold in our other auction) for many years. Unknown brand of frame since a few believe its a Champion, some believe its C&J and one fellow thinks its a Cheney, if you know please let us know. At one point the neck gusset had a threaded bung welded in. Also, the rear triangle legs are oval. Very very intelligently designed frame for an early 250 350 Honda
