I lived at Kipparing about 5 min ride to the Redcliffe tack discussed , I was a member of the Redcliffe club which Stew McLauchlan was also and we used to ride together sometimes. I do remember Beers were 2 for $1.00 at club meetings from the fridge ;D
The track we used most was across the road from the one they use now near the old dump or actually what was the old dump site. We had some great bush tracks in the area at that time plus we used to race dirt track on the salt flats.

Cool.. I knew Stew pretty well, do you remember Geoff Holmes from those days? We raced each other a lot at open meetings.

I can't say I remember him now but he may have been around, One thing about Stew he never like the RM 370 preferring to ride his 250 at most meetings.
