learner at 51 years
« on: December 02, 2012, 02:15:36 pm »
My partner has wanted to learn for a while but nothing I had was small enough for her to sit on as she is only 4'11.5 " (you have to add the 1/2 inch ) even the yz 80h was to tall . Well today we went out with the little xr 75 ko , first run ended in a stall and a low side (forgot once you stop ones feet need to be on the ground ) second run learnt that to close the throttle it slows down and was able to turn round and come back . Gents its almost 42 years since I started riding  and you take things for granted that a learner has major problems with like learning to close the throttle to slow down and pull in the clutch . But after 1/2 an hour the smile was there and even though she has a sore hand from her fall she is wanting to find a big padock to learn more .

Racing sidecar passenger.  (Speedway or Vmx as the female body has a lower center of gravity, makes for better stability and your both enjoying life together.. :) Cheers
I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.

Entrapment! no way to answer that without being in the shit...... ;) still it is actually a medical/physical fact about the center of gravity, balance thing. Cheers
