This bike has done about five hours since being finished.





Back to bare metal, bare frame rebuild of a clean, original bike (tank stickers are original).


Good tyres.
Good alloy bars.
Throttle snaps shut, etc.
Starts easily and runs very well. Bit rattly, but not too bad.
Wheel bearings, linkage bearings etc all good.

Stuff that was new when the bike was rebuilt:
O-ring chain and good sprockets (still in excellent condition, as you'd expect).
Bigger footpegs.
Fork seals and oil (some minor chips out of the chrome - forks weep a little but are not a drama).

Shock just rebuilt (two laps of the backyard old) with stiffer spring fitted (original spring included if you're a jockey).

Also includes the donor KDX frame (with compliance plate), swingarm, seat, tank, airbox, speedo, crook shock and a few other odds and sods.

Gear lever is welded to the shaft. I think I've got a good replacement shaft.

Photos are a bit old - looks the same but has footpegs, some paint wear from boots, steel KDX kick-start lever, original sidestand and a longer muffler. Will get newer photos if needed.

$1350 ono, will be cheaper if I can keep the sidestand.

Nah mate, it's stuck solid! A real shame, cause the bike would be worth way more without the finger...
