Those 78/79 250's are not rare at all, there were plenty of them around in the day.

On the 5th picture down, what is the thing protruding from either the inlet manifold or carby?

AU $2,865.95 Doesn't seem to expensive for a good project.leaves $1334.05 to bring it up to the other one so far, without having to find original bit's for it like other one.

That was a total bargain
