YZ250D Front forks and rear shock.
« on: August 28, 2012, 01:33:22 pm »
I am currently doing up a poor mans YZ250d, It is actually a IT250D but I would like the YZ suspension. I need 38mm YZ250D front forks and triple clamps and a rear shock to suit. I am going to CD9. Can any one help me out please.
Neil.

I've got a rear shock here - can't recall if it's YZ or IT400, though... Seems to be in good nick, but the bump stop is gone. Cheap.

FWIW, the D & E shocks are all the same basic thing from YZ125D to YZ400E and the IT-Fs (and possibly the IT250/425G) - the only real difference is the internal spacer that's used to restrict travel.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

Bad timing Gezza - but if you send a PM to fellow Canberran ozvmxer "Rhodesy", he should be able to help you out with a complete 125E rear end.
