RM125B what jetting are you running?
« on: August 24, 2012, 07:01:36 pm »
Hey Guy's,

I was wondering if anyone has played with the jetting on their RM125B/C?  I see some odd changes from various sources.

I've tried various settings in both the VM32 & VM34, they both seem to like similar specs.

What I've been running so far with a C barrel and Boyeson dual stage reeds (which will be replaced with a single stage reed soon...

Main jet - 230 (standard)
Main air jet - 2.00 (but seems to rev out cleaner with it removed)
Needle - 6DP5, 3rd groove (same as a 6DP17)
Needle jet - R0 (standard)
Slide - 2.5
Pilot jet - 50 (stock 30)
Pilot screw - 1.5 turns (stock 1 turn)

I've seen Pon's specs using an 80 pilot jet!! with a 6DP1 needle (richer) and drilled out needle jet (about an S2, if there was such a thing).

I am just trying a UFO slide optimizer, am the same as above but 15 pilot jet.
