Would OSSA YANKEE forks be legal for pre 75?

Yes, in my opinion.  They were standard fitment to a production bike in '72/'73.  They aren't the best set of forks in terms of performance, but not too bad, and they are quite heavy.

I thought they would stronger for a BSA 441 in a husky frame, but they are 38/40mls forks .

They are 42mm forks, massive for 1972!
