VMX track (Slakewell Motordrome)

For sale one VMX track comes with huge shed with mezzanine floor and other storage shed, enough room to grow that out of control urge to it's full potential. Has outdoor pizza oven and beer garden.Perfect for bench racing seasons.

Moving down close to Newcastle.
The Farming is a fast growing Tree plantation that takes little more than starting the pump 3 times per week and spreading fertilizer.This allows you to be a primary producer and cost things off your Tax like a tractor with a 4 in one bucket  ;) Plus who knows if you stay there 10 years you might make some $ from the farm.

Slakewell Motordrome has been sold I,m now a full time at Brandy hill but sadly no real VMX track at the new abode.
If there is enough interest I would like to hold one last VMX day in early November. Let me know if your keen.
